ABOUT US:
Were looking to expand our Betting Entertainment Tools team in Ljubljana with seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Project Operations Manager. Youll be joining a dedicated and closely connected team that specializes in market leading betting solutions integrated by more than 400 clients and reaching hundreds of millions of sport fans and punters globally.
We are to streamline and to oversee the operational aspects of projects to ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product engineering customer success and other crossfunctional teams ensuring seamless product launches datadriven decisionmaking and operational excellence. This role requires strong organizational leadership and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Operational support: optimize workflows between product engineering design and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Lead the operational planning and partner with marketing sales and customer success teams to ensure successful gotomarket strategies.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams regarding product priorities and timelines.
- Manage daytoday project operations ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance project efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Project Management or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management operations management or a similar role.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
