Job Description
As a trainee broker you will start your career with a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 12months as you learn on the job. During this time you will go out on flight reps seeing firsthand what goes into ensuring a charter goes off with ease. Youll learn everything from how to build a sales list to which planes can carry what and of course how to administer a charter flight.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services essential
- Ability to exceed sales financial targets
- Minimum 12 years active sales experience desired
- Hardworking and flexible this role is not simply 95
- Ambition drive and selfmotivation
- Exceptional communication skills fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
