Title: Senior React Developer & Architect
At Trace.Space were building the R&D engineering data platform for the top engineering companies building the worlds most critical HW/SW systems cars planes defense systems space tech semiconductors medical devices and more. Over the past decade product complexity has skyrocketed 10100x driven by software proliferation and electrification with further growth expected as autonomous features advance. Our mission is to empower engineers and their teams with cuttingedge tools to build the missioncritical technologies of tomorrowproducts that legacy tools simply cannot handle.
Backed by $6m in preseed and seed funding from toptier investors were now inviting an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join our mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and take lead of the architecture design of Trace.Spaces frontend system.
- Deliver and iterate on highquality code.
- Take ownership of the visible part of Trace.Spaces product ensuring the technical feasibility of the UI designs and user flows.
- Translate technical requirements and user feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- High proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience as a frontend software engineer in an agile environment.
- Proven experience as a leading frontend system architect.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to devise solutions for complex problems that fit well into the overall system design.
- Ability to work independently and manage a variety of tasks.
- Need to provide examples of your work (e.g. GitHub links product links with a description of your contributions).
- Availability to work remotely within Europe.
Nice to have but not required
- Experience with B2B SaaS products particularly those that address complex processes.
- Experience developing solutions for hardware engineers.
- Experience building productled or selfserve products.
- Experience building rich text editors using Prosemirror and Yjs.
