Job Description
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Residential Service Plumber to join our team and provide highquality plumbing services to residential clients. This role focuses on service and repair work including diagnosing plumbing issues performing repairs and installing and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks clogs and water line problems.
- Install assemble maintain and repair pipes plumbing fixtures and appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Perform plumbing installations including laying pipes setting toilets installing faucets and hooking up appliances.
- Handle maintenance tasks such as replacing worn washers and gaskets.
- Repair plumbing systems including bathtubs disposals faucets gas lines shower valves sinks and water heaters.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with state laws local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly managing client expectations and offering preventative maintenance advice.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a vocational school certificate program associate degree or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Valid state plumbing license required (Tradesman or Journeyman).
- Valid driver’s license (service van provided by the company).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical designs and blueprints.
- Skilled in using plumbing tools materials and equipment.
- Indepth knowledge of piping and ventilation systems.
- Availability to work oncall and respond promptly to plumbing emergencies.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
