Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (Veolia WTS) is seeking a Global Product Line Director to lead our Cooling CSM (Chemical Solutions and Monitoring) portfolio. 
This role brings the opportunity to shape the future of cooling technology aligning cuttingedge solutions with customer needs industry trends and societal expectations.
At the core of this position is a profound understanding of Cooling CSM. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in chemical treatment products and monitoring systems for cooling applications. Your knowledge will be instrumental in driving innovation optimising product performance and addressing the complex challenges customers face in cooling water management.
As the Global Product Line Director you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to keep our cooling solutions at the forefront of the industry. Youll orchestrate crossfunctional collaboration across regions guiding product development technology launches and efficiency improvements. 
Your strategy will be crucial in analysing market trends enhancing customer engagement and driving profitability while upholding our commitment to sustainability.

What are the DaytoDay Duties
Develop and own the global cooling product line strategy and vision
Chair the product line global centre of excellence (COE)
Engage with customers and industry to gather market intelligence
Manage ROI for core projects and investments
Govern projects and product management KPIs
Own NPI projects and present at growth boards
Support product launch processes and marketing collateral development
Contribute to price book setting and margin improvement initiatives
Drive direct material productivity improvement and cost optimisation
Ensure EHS and ethical standards are maintained
 

Qualifications :

Preferred skills and experience
Extensive experience in product management sales or marketing within the cooling water treatment industry ideally in Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM)
Proven track record in creating and executing strategic visions for product lines including lifecycle management and profitability analysis
Strong understanding of cooling system chemistry water treatment technologies and monitoring systems
Experience in developing and managing chemical treatment products 
Success in leading crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new  solutions
Outstanding communication abilities with experience presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences
Experience working with diverse global teams in the water treatment sector
Commercial acumen ideally built within the cooling water treatment business including pricing strategies and market positioning
Indepth knowledge of global customers and competitors in the cooling water treatment industry
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental considerations 
Ideally a degree or equivalent industry experience in chemical engineering chemistry or MBA
