About the Role
Our clients company is dedicated to making land ownership accessible and affordable across the U.S. As an Acquisition Lead Manager you will take on a pivotal role in managing and leading a team of acquisition professionals. This position offers a blend of leadership strategy and handson involvement in highvalue deals with opportunities for significant career growth.
In this role you will oversee the entire acquisition process from cold calling and lead qualification to negotiating and closing major deals. Youll work closely with your team to ensure efficient operations while directly contributing to the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Experience:
3 years in cold calling lead qualification and initiating conversations with potential sellers or property owners.
Leadership experience or a proven track record in managing a sales or acquisition team is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in cold calling and lead qualification.
CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce).
Time management and problemsolving abilities.
Goaloriented mindset with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Background in real estate or property management.
Familiarity with real estate market trends and acquisition processes.
Multilingual abilities (English required Spanish is a plus).
Full Time
