Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Able to write technical reports and treatment proposals.
Master the water Analysis tests; provides input during the initial survey during the commissioning stage and
ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
Responsible for providing services and assisting customers with problemsolving support regarding their
products/applications/solutions.
Provide onsite field service and overthephone or onsite assistance.
Conduct site surveys and product/application/system audits.
Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establishes and meets customer needs when
adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant; advises clients
regarding the possibility of upgrading and improvements the company can provide.
Chemical Preparation and dosing in the sites.
Supervises chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations; carries out onsite chemicals inventory; ensures P.O. as
necessary is submitted by clients and that deliveries are prompt.
Ensures all standard equipment and reagents for the laboratory and field analysis work are properly maintained;
prepares site/ field analysis reports; maintains meticulous records of all tests etc.
performs any other workrelated duties as directed by the Chemical Business Manager Western Province or his
designee.
Qualifications :
Qualifications: Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Experience: 5 7 years experience In the same field
