Job Description
Nort Search is a global talent consultancy dedicated to connecting clients with top talent. Currently we are collaborating with a leading company in the agricultural sector which is experiencing a period of growth and transformation.
We are looking for an Finance Manager to lead and enhance the organizations accounting and administrative processes.
Purpose
The objective of this role is to organize optimize and respond to the companys accounting management by leading a team of 8 people. The position is expected to contribute to timely and reliable monthly closings while ensuring regulatory and time compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger cash management and tax compliance.
- Supervise and support financial audits with external auditors.
- Manage and deliver with the support of local advisors financial statements for local authorities.
- Manage relationships and negotiate with banks.
- Oversee monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle technical accounting and tax issues for compliance.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Oversee daytoday administrative operations of the organization.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
- A masters degree is appreciated.
- Proven working experience as an Accounting & Administration Manager or Finance Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Languages
- Spanish and English (Upper B2 or C1 level).
- A third language would be a plus (French Italian Turkish).
