Job Description

Job Title: Remote GermanSpeaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Poland Katowice pncite

Language Requirements:

  • German: C2 (strong B2 can also be considered)
  • English: B2

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Remote GermanSpeaking Customer Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Germanspeaking clients. You will handle inquiries and assist customers through phone calls and online channels addressing common product or servicerelated issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This opportunity is perfect for candidates fluent in both German and English who have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others. Previous experience in customer support is helpful but not essential.

Key Duties:

  • Provide highquality assistance to customers through inbound and outbound calls as well as other communication platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services troubleshoot problems and resolve basic issues.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and ensure that all details are updated.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions align with company standards for service excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • German: C2 (strong B2 may be acceptable)
  • English: B2
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customerfocused attitude.
  • Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work within the required shift schedule (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday). Night shifts may be requested but they are not compulsory.
