Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and ensure timely clearing of vendor open items and invoices with impacts on the area KPIs.
- Perform reconciliation of relevant vendor accounts.
- Responsible for reconciliation of I2P Vendor subledger accounts identify & propose Action Plans for clearing open items.
- Focal point for External audits deliver necessary requirements and ensure timely remediation of outstanding audit issues.
- Work together with other Invoice to Pay teams to achieve end to end process and service performance and overall P2P service targets.
- Work together with your team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Interact with Finance areas and functions (Treasury O2C A2R TAX) in order to align and improve accounting deliverables and provide suitable support to other internal and external stakeholders.
- Support transformation activities which come from new digital implementations.
- Work closely with other teams in India.
- Manage the inflow of Urgent invoices through our Invoice Management system and ensure they are processed accurately and as per global standard process and within agreed lead times.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge to the processing of invoices credit notes debit notes down payments and needed adjustments.
- Support I2P Regional and Global Projects perform tests requirement validation and UAT.
- Ensure high levels of Compliance in I2P.

It is indispensable for this position:
- Certified Accountant or Administration graduate or advanced student.
- Minimum 12year experience in similar positions
- Accounting knowledge (understanding of debit and credit vendor account management)
- Excellent command of English.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Collaboration and Team Player
- Effective time and priority management.
- SAP or Equivalent ERP hands on Knowledge (desirable)
- Proactive and problemsolving mindset.
