Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee largescale commercial construction projects across various sectors including education healthcare and commercial developments. This role requires a handson leader with a strong background in managing projects valued at $30 million and above ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite leadership and oversight for largescale commercial construction projects.
  • Develop maintain and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project P6 Primavera or Power Project ASTA.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors vendors and site personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients architects engineers and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Implement and enforce Lean construction principles and Last Planner methods to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams clients and subcontractors.
  • Identify analyze and resolve construction challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with project managers and leadership to align construction execution with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in construction supervision with a strong background in largescale commercial projects ($30M).
  • Proven expertise in scheduling software such as MS Project P6 Primavera or Power Project ASTA.
  • Strong ability to develop maintain and manage project schedules.
  • Experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of Lean Construction principles and Last Planner methods is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and a large project workforce.
  • Proficiency in construction technology and project management tools.
