About Us
We are a growing development and property management firm in Seattle specializing in residential and commercial renovations remodels and property maintenance. We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team on a parttime basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of tasks from minor repairs to renovation support and wants consistent flexible work without chasing leads.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including patching drywall fixing doors and basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Assist with property renovations installations and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances fixtures and minor building issues.
- Work on occupied and vacant rental properties with minimal disruption to tenants.
- Ensure work is completed safely and up to quality standards.
- Keep track of materials tools and job site organization.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in general maintenance handyman work or construction.
- Proficiency in minor carpentry drywall repair painting plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage small tasks efficiently.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when working in tenantoccupied properties.
- Experience with flooring installation cabinetry or tiling.
- Knowledge of rental property maintenance and turnover work.
