What You'll Do
As a Senior Legal Counsel in the Life Sciences Industry your role will be pivotal in supporting complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice across the business. You will lead on significant commercial and corporate projects with a focus on life sciences deal work. Your expertise will ensure compliance manage risks and contribute to groundbreaking developments within the industry. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will support innovative projects while managing external legal counsel.
- Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders across global markets.
- Supporting strategic partnerships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including R&D commercial and regulatory teams to support innovative projects.
- Managing external legal counsel and ensuring the delivery of costeffective highquality support.
