What Youll Be Doing:
- Drive revenue optimization across TLC Worldwides APAC operations
- Partner with local and global leadership to streamline sales marketing and customer success processes
- Develop strategic programs with measurable impact and trackable outcomes
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance
- Champion best practices and innovative solutions across the organization
What Were Looking For:
- 25 years experience in revenue operations or sales strategy
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
- CRM system expertise (D365 preferred)
- Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams
- Datadriven problem solver with exceptional analytical skills
- Passionate about transforming operational efficiency
