We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Welder to join our team in Blairsville GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing highquality welding tasks in a production environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques including MIG TIG and Stick welding as required by the job specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding symbols to ensure accurate assembly and production.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MIG TIG and Stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform welding tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding (e.g. AWS ASME) is a plus.
- Experience working with a variety of metals and materials.
