The successful employee will be a key representative of the companys sales team responsible for contact distributors maintain current ones and open new clients contact with clubs of all sports.
Position: Commercial Agent

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Customer acquisition: Search for new clients and business opportunities.
- Determine customers needs and identify opportunities deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for longterm customer relationships by delivering a worldclass customer engagement experience
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products or services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is required
- Passionate about sport!!!
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools including experience from retail sales corporate internships or entrepreneurial program
- Ability to work independently drives own personal performance takes ownership of training and skill enhancement seeks continuous quality improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral written and verbal business communication skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone email video and face 2 face
- Achievement and successdriven personality motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong crossbusiness collaboration
- Solid time management skills
- Driving license and own car (expenses paid by the company)
