Job Description
Were looking for a Growth Specialist who can write strategise and manage digital campaigns that deliver real results.
This isnt just a planning role youll be handson servicing clients from start to finish improving their campaigns and keeping them organised.

What youll be doing
Youll manage campaigns full circle ensuring clients get the best results from their digital marketing. Heres how youll spend your day:
- Writing blog posts and landing pages: Youll craft longform blog posts write highconverting landing pages and ensure all content speaks to the clients audience and ranks well on Google.
- Designing wireframes: Youll create lowfidelity wireframes for landing pages or websites based on the content you write. The goal is to enhance user experience and improve performance.
- Managing clients and tasks: Youll work directly with your assigned clients (typically 35) via Slack tracking tasks documenting progress and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Improving Google Ads and lead quality: Youll monitor ad campaigns improve profitability and ensure the leads coming in meet the clients expectations.
- Improving SEO performance: Youll create keyword strategies optimise content and improve client websites to get seen and rank higher on search engines.
- Tracking results and improving profitability: Youll measure lead quality conversions and campaign performance making adjustments as needed to keep clients campaigns profitable and aligned with their goals.
- Suggesting strategies and optimisations: Youll use your digital marketing knowledge to propose new ideas that improve results whether its for Google Ads SEO or website design.
- Collaborating across the team: Youll work closely with other team members in a flat collaborative environment sharing ideas and ensuring every campaign gets the attention it needs.
- Improving processes:Youll record Loom videos and document ideas to improve workflows helping make the way we work better and more efficient.
