Job Description
Role:
The project manager will be responsible for interacting with various stakeholders both within IT and the business side to establish the target vision as well as the change strategy and business case to achieve it. The project manager will plan and secure resources prepare the budget monitor progress align across teams and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire program.
In addition to the usual ability to balance time budget and quality the project manager is expected to navigate comfortably between IT and business units and coordinate the various resources within the project.
Essential requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as Project Manager
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both languages are necessary)
- Mandatory experience of the energy market
- Project Management certification mandatory
Stakeholder management
Time and scope management
Resource efficiency
Risk and Issue management
Prestudy coordination (including Business Case preparation)
Highlevel Architecture understanding
Swedish citizen or resident in Sweden for at least 5 years
Cooperation will be done mostly online but some travel will be required.
Experience working with cross European project team and large organizations incl interface between technical and business stakeholders
University degree in engineering or IT
Project Management certification mandatory
