Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Tasks
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution sales and service agreements to support business operations and strategic initiatives
- Provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters including corporate structuring board resolutions and compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain and update corporate records ensuring accurate and timely documentation of legal activities and corporate structures
- Advise on regulatory compliance issues relevant to the companys operations ensuring adherence to local and international laws and regulations affecting the business
- Handle international legal issues including crossborder contracts trade laws and compliance with foreign regulations
Requirements
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in English and French
- Bar admission is required
- Min. 6 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel or at a law firm
- Expertise in commercial and corporate law
