1. Do you have 13 years of handson experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) cybersecurity or IT operations role.
2. Do you have strong understanding of cybersecurity principles including threat analysis threat monitoring and incident response.
3. Do you have experience with SIEM tools firewalls and other security technologies.
4. Do you have familiarity with automation tools for incident response or security operations.
5. Do you have demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements to SOC operations or incident response protocols.
6. Do you have proven ability to monitor and respond to security incidents ensuring timely containment investigation and remediation.
7. Do you have experience supporting the implementation of cybersecurity policies procedures and incident response protocols.
8. Do you have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. Do you have experience mentoring or training team members or students in SOC operations.
10. Do you have strong skills in preparing reports and maintaining detailed incident logs operational metrics and documentation.
11. Do you have experience conducting handson training sessions workshops or educational initiatives for students or junior staff to foster cybersecurity skills.
