Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented senior Product Designer to join our Fintech domain. If youre eager to make a significant impact collaborate with a highly skilled and diverse design team and thrive in a dynamic B2C environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Senior Product Designer at Hungerstation youll:
- Develop deep domain knowledge of Fintech domain and collaborate to solve the toughest problems.
- Understanding the problem space through generative research synthesizing insights and running workshops to design a wow customer experience.
- Govern a design system in a thoughtful way evaluating and continuously improving the user experience.
- Understand the different areas of our product and where HungerStation standards should be applied.
- Create simple elegant solutions to complex interaction problems with high attention to detail and scalability.
- Work with the Product Managers to define your focus areas and contribute to the overall direction of your product area while measuring ongoing improvement.
- Get continuous feedback from the users through different stages of the problemsolving process.
- Facilitate crossfunctional collaborative workshops focused on achieving desired outcomes such as generating ideas soliciting feedback and more.
- Use and evolve our design system to design flows prototypes sketches and highfidelity visuals for your features.
- Continuously improve design processes knowledge and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality.
- Proactively drive cooperation within the design chapter & contribute to fostering collaboration with other departments.
- Regularly present your work to peers stakeholders and leaders for review and feedback.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Previous experience working in the Saudi market and/or with startups.
- Prior experience in Fintech BNBL or Banking domain is a must.
- Demonstrated expertise in highly agile or Scrumbased environments particularly within KSAbased startups.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable mobile and web products.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with JIRA and Notion is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in building and managing design systems is highly desirable.
- A bachelors degree in engineering is preferred.
- Candidates must attach their portfolio or a Figma file with full access to demonstrate their work.
