Proven track record with BMC Helix ITSM
Roles and responsibilities:
Architectural Design Lead the development of a comprehensive architectural design to integrate SMART IT with the BMC Helix ITSM environment ensuring flawless functionality and performance.
Implementation Planning Create a strategic plan for deploying SMART IT including timelines resource allocation and risk management.
Customization & Configuration Customize SMART IT to fit the organizations unique needs including designing custom workflows forms and dashboards.
Data Migration Ensure a smooth secure and accurate migration of data into the new SMART ITenabled environment.
User Training & Change Management Lead enduser and admin training ensuring a seamless adoption of SMART IT throughout the organization.
Testing & Validation Conduct indepth testing to validate SMART IT functionality and performance in the new setup.
PostImplementation Support Establish ongoing support and optimization processes to continuously improve the SMART IT system and its performance.
Required:
BMC Helix ITSM Experience Proven track record with BMC Helix ITSM including realworld examples of previous work.
SMART IT Implementation Experience Demonstrated experience with SMART IT deployments and a strong understanding of its integration into ITSM.
BMC Helix ITSM Development Handson development experience within the BMC Helix ITSM ecosystem.
