Job Description
Summary:
The client is seeking a Senior Consultant SME specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to guide IT partners in the configuration debugging and deployment of IAM tools while optimizing the IAM environment and applying DevSecOps principles. This role involves policy development problemsolving for missioncritical challenges and overseeing technical studies and recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on IAM integration tools including configuration debugging and deployment.
- Identify and recommend optimizations for IAM environments.
- Apply DevSecOps principles to automate access infrastructure tasks.
- Assist with the development of IT security policies procedures and planning initiatives.
- Perform detailed analysis and recommendations for clientspecific challenges.
- Supervise studies surveys and data collection for advising on solutions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Okta integrations including Active Directory Azure AD and Radius Server.
- Experience installing maintaining and upgrading Okta Agents and managing associated servers.
- Proficiency in customer T2/T3 support activities and user access troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Okta system features updates and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with EAMS system validations manual provisioning tasks and Runbook creation.
- Ability to review and enhance integrations such as Splunk and ARIS.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical and business requirements effectively.
