Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models utilizing Autodesk Inventor.
- Develop fabrication and assembly drawings for manufacturing.
- Generate and manage BOMs (bill of materials).
- Update drawings based on redlines or markups.
- Convert product sketches/renderings into detailed individual parts drawings.
- Modify existing drawings as needed.
- Collaborate with production personnel to ensure the correct assembly of products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Design Engineer is required.
- Previous experience with Electrical Design is required.
- Previous experience with Mechanical Design is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree is a plus.
- Previous experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD Electrical is required.
- Knowledge of designing sheet metal tubing and structural steel.
- Experience in the HVAC Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
- Experience in cost estimating is a plus.
- Knowledge of field service construction.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Must Have:
- Previous Exp. as a Design Engineer
- Previous Exp. Electrical Design
- Previous Exp. Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD Electrical
