About You
- Were looking for someone who is a natural leader with a positive personality able to inspire and motivate a large team of over 25 chefs
- Have experience working in highvolume fresh food la carte restaurants thriving in fastpaced environments not hotel kitchens
- Passionate about mentoring and love training and developing others nurturing talent and fostering a culture of growth and excellence
- Committed to quality passionate about food and maintain the highest standards in every dish
- A team player who understands the importance of collaboration and can work effectively with a diverse and dynamic team
- You also excel under pressure staying organised and calm in a bustling environment.
- You will have IELTS for UKVI and/or already be in the UK on a Skilled Worker Visa
