Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Assembler for a manufacturing company in Leominster. The main responsibilities will be to build/assemble large machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble large and small machinery with precision fitments ensuring highquality builds.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints GD&T symbols and tolerances to execute precise assembly.
- Modify parts as needed when machining adjustments are required.
- Operate milling machines and lathes to refine or adjust components for assembly.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Safely move and position large machine parts.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment following best practices for heavy machinery handling.
MUST HAVES
- 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly of large machinery.
- Handson machining experience (CNC or manual machine operation).
- Strong understanding of fitment tolerances and GD&T in complex assemblies.
- Previous experience with hydraulic pneumatic or electrical systems.
