Schedule: Monday to Friday including bank holidays 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Assist airline customers with inquiries about bookings flight changes cancellations and refunds via phone email or chat.
- Provide legal support on policies terms and conditions of airline operations.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless resolutions to customer queries.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary and Bonuses
- Base Monthly Salary: 1000 EUR gross (paid over 14 months).
- Performance Bonus: 10 EUR per 12 months.
- Complexity Bonus: 150 EUR per 12 months.
Additional Allowances
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day (net).
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month.
Totaling in:EUR gross per year (including base salary complexity bonus and allowances) plus a performance bonus 120 EUR per year

Relocation Package
- Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 for economy class reimbursed after 6 months of contract.
- Housing Assistance: Apartment room available at 280/month for the first 12 months (deducted directly from payslip).
