Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Clinical Coding Lead to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering highquality coding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely coding of medical records using ICD10 and OPCS4.
- Resolving coding queries with clinicians and managing complex cases.
- Collaborating with the Clinical Coding Management Team on coding operations audits and training programs.
- Leading clinical coding team improvement projects and enhancing documentation and data quality.
- Mentoring and training junior coders and supporting professional development.
Qualifications:
- National Clinical Coding Qualification (NCCQ) and Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) status.
- Experience in clinical coding auditing and training.
- Strong understanding of clinical terminology coding standards and healthcare systems.
Skills:
- Proactive detailoriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
