Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales generating new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with Frenchspeaking clients. You will identify potential customers conduct product demonstrations negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed targets. Youll play an essential role in our growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Frenchspeaking market.
- Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate terms pricing and contracts to secure business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions sales activities and followups in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on market trends customer needs and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and customer outreach initiatives.
- Provide postsale support and ensure customers are satisfied with the product or service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (native or nearnative level) and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to adapt to various customer needs.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to work remotely hybrid or onsite in Hellas Greece.
