Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organizations longterm vision mission and strategy.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the companys market presence.
  • Represent the organization to stakeholders investors and partners.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daytoday operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics to monitor the companys progress and success.
  • Drive innovation and adapt to industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage the companys annual budget ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Secure funding and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.

Team Leadership

  • Build mentor and lead a highperforming executive team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Governance and Compliance

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to set goals and report on the organizations performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to safeguard the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CEO senior executive or in a leadership role.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent financial and operational management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Track record of driving organizational growth and achieving results.
  • Resilience adaptability and the ability to make tough decisions under pressure.
