JOB INFORMATION
Job Title: Oncology Phramcist
Department : Pharmacy.
JOB SUMMARY
Take on the role of Oncology Pharmacist at a prestigious hospital.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and interpreting medical orders and prescriptions for appropriateness in therapy.
- Dispense and managing medications including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
- Provide medication counseling to patients and their caregivers about potential side effects and interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and manage individualized patient medication plans.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by providing medication information and clinical recommendations to healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the preparation and dispensing of oncology medications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate from Faculty of Pharmacy of good standing.
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- Min. 13 years in the same position.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
Language
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
