The Property Manager (Village) oversees the efficient and costeffective management of the Associations assets and finances maintaining the utmost integrity and excellence in all operations. Ensuring strict adherence to the Management Agreement with ProExcel Property Managers Inc. for the designated property including compliance with the DCCR House Rules and Regulations and ByLaws. Additionally the Property Manager enforces the Policy Guidelines established by both the management company and the HOA as directed by the Board of Trustees.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
1 (ADMINISTRATION)
1. Regularly coordinates with the following organizations agencies and/or offices in relation to the assigned property:
A. Board of Trustees of the Homeowners Association/Owner
B. ProExcel Property Managers Inc. support divisions.
C. Lot Owners Tenants and/or Occupants of the assigned property
D. Onsite Administration personnel
E. Government Agencies such as:
F. Other Parties /Contractors
2. Responsible for the supervision of all ProExcel Property Managers Inc. personnel assigned in the specific property including those from other subcontracted services such as but not limited to Landscaping Housekeeping Engineering
