Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple AIdriven initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Legal HR Clinical Operations and Research to deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of generative AI technologies exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge diverse skill sets across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee AIbased projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal HR Clinical Operations and Research to meet project requirements.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks ensuring seamless project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between teams with varying skill sets particularly in data science and AI.
- Partner with the AI Operations & Data Science Services (AIOS) team to design and implement AI solutions including superprompts and RAGbased applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management particularly in AI or technologydriven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of its regulatory environment.
- Excellent organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
