Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design develop and maintain applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver highquality scalable and secure solutions aligned with organizational needs while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations across modules such as ITSM ITOM and CSM.
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that address organizational requirements.
- Write efficient scalable and maintainable code using JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS and REST APIs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and work with the development team to uphold coding standards and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues within ServiceNow applications and integrations to ensure stability and reliability.
- Continuously monitor and optimize applications for performance scalability and security.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow technologies features and industry trends.
- Advocate for and implement ServiceNow best practices ensuring minimal customization and upgradability.
- Actively contribute to Agile/SCRUM processes embodying a servant leadership mindset and fostering team collaboration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 57 years of handson experience with the ServiceNow platform working across product suites and international teams with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Platform Expertise:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture best practices and cloud capabilities.
- Proficiency in modules like ITSM ITOM CSM and Integrations.
- Experience with workflows in areas such as CSDM HRSD and PPM.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with integration tools and frameworks such as Mulesoft.
- Soft Skills:
- Demonstrates a combination of analytical thinking problemsolving and customerservice orientation.
- Capable of constructive critique of requirements to reduce complexity and maintenance efforts.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills paired with a big picture mindset to connect the dots.
- Passionate about learning sharing and evolving best practices into next practices.
