- Lead the design and development of Appianbased solutions for clients ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and various external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Lead the endtoend development lifecycle from design through to deployment ensuring highquality coding practices.
- Provide Appianspecific architectural expertise guiding the team in the implementation of complex solutions.
- Oversee system integrations with databases external applications and other platforms ensuring seamless operation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers ensuring best practices are followed and that quality standards are met.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Appian features and integrations ensuring optimal use of the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Appian applications and integrations.
- Provide input on project timelines resource allocation and status reporting to senior management.
- Participate in clientfacing meetings to review requirements and deliver progress updates.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software development with a strong focus on Appian platform and integrations.
- Expertise in Appian applications including design development and deployment.
- Strong experience with Appian Integrations.
- Solid understanding of Appian design patterns Appian object design and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong experience in Appian functionalities such as Records Reports Sites Processes and Actions.
- Appian Certified
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Appian Certified Senior Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer.
- Strong knowledge of enterpriselevel architecture and best practices for scalable solutions.

- Security Cleared (which requires the person to be resident in the UK for previous 5 years)
- Sole British National
