Role Overview:
In this role you will be working closely with clients from Frenchspeaking countries (including France Belgium Luxembourg and Switzerland) to help them create manage and optimize their online advertising campaigns. As a trusted advisor you will provide valuable insights and offer customized solutions to enhance your clients digital marketing efforts ensuring sustainable longterm success.
Your primary responsibilities will include advising clients crafting tailored strategies managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads social media and other digital channels. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve their marketing objectives while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
Act as the primary consultant for Frenchspeaking clients providing expert guidance on digital marketing strategies and helping them create targeted online advertising campaigns that align with their specific goals and audience. - Campaign Management & Optimization:
Manage the planning execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This includes working with platforms like Google Ads social media SEO and other marketing tools to ensure optimal campaign performance. - Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies that are aligned with their objectives. Gain a deep understanding of their business to customize your digital marketing approach and meet their needs. - Data Analysis & Insights:
Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights. Use tools such as Google Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates ROI and customer acquisition costs and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. - Client Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service addressing their needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Maintain transparent communication to keep clients informed of progress and developments. - Upselling & CrossSelling:
Identify opportunities to suggest additional services or products that could enhance the clients digital marketing initiatives and drive greater results. - Market Research & Trend Awareness:
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing advertising platforms and industry innovations. Perform market research to stay ahead of competitors and provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions. - Team Collaboration:
Work in close coordination with other internal teams including Sales Product and Account Management to ensure seamless implementation of client strategies. Share feedback and insights with colleagues to continuously improve service offerings. - Continuous Learning:
Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Language Skills:
Native or nearnative proficiency in French (C2 level) and strong fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients both verbally and in writing. - Digital Marketing Experience:
At least 12 years of experience in digital marketing including managing campaigns online advertising and developing marketing strategies. Experience with platforms like Google Ads SEO and social media marketing is highly valued. - Consultative Sales Abilities:
Strong listening skills and the ability to offer tailored marketing solutions based on client needs. You should be able to effectively present proposals explain complex strategies and build rapport with clients. - Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze campaign data identify trends and optimize performance. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting is required. - TechSavvy:
Comfortable working with a variety of digital marketing tools CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and content management platforms. You should be adept in navigating a techdriven environment. - CustomerFocused Approach:
