Job Description
Senior Project Manager AI & Transformational Projects (Remote)
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced professional to lead highvisibility transformational projects. This role involves facilitating meetings building roadmaps and project plans and driving the execution of key initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to identify scope constraints and critical paths ensuring seamless project delivery. With a strong emphasis on costbenefit analysis collaboration and stakeholder management this position plays a pivotal role in the organizations success.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $85 to $95 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $95 to $100 per hour.
10month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime role 37.50 hours per week.
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST.
Fully remote open to candidates across Canada.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the execution of key projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate meetings develop project roadmaps and track action items for successful project launches.
Perform costbenefit analyses manage risks and drive collaboration across teams.
Work independently and with crossfunctional teams to deliver on AIdriven initiatives.
Elicit business requirements through stakeholder interviews and document project needs.
Provide reporting analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
Support leadership in planning execution and stakeholder communication.
Ensure appropriate project management methodologies and processes are utilized.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is an asset.
PMP or PMI certification is a strong advantage.
5 to 7 years of project management experience including team leadership and stakeholder management.
Strong ability to work in a fastpaced environment and drive progress with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and motivated approach.
Proven ability to assess risk manage competing priorities and implement technology and business solutions.
Experience delivering largescale multiplatform technology projects.
