What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing insurance operations: Oversee and manage daytoday operations within the insurance department ensuring smooth execution of policies claims and customer service.
- Building relationships with clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Frenchspeaking clients providing expert advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Optimizing insurance processes: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations and internal standards while managing and mitigating potential risks.
- Team leadership and training: Lead and support a team of insurance professionals providing guidance and mentorship to ensure a high standard of service.
- Reporting and analysis: Analyze insurance data report on performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior management to drive better decisionmaking.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French: Strong command of both written and spoken French is essential for effective communication with Frenchspeaking clients and teams.
- Experience in the insurance industry: At least 3 years of experience in insurance management or a similar role with a good understanding of insurance products claims processes and operations.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while driving operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Strong problemsolving abilities: A keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized and detailoriented: Able to manage multiple tasks prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Hybrid work flexibility: Willing to work in a hybrid setup splitting your time between home and the office in Leiria.
