Key Responsibilities:
- Developing tailored digital marketing strategies: Create and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns targeting Danishspeaking audiences with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
- Managing digital campaigns: Oversee and optimize campaigns across various channels including SEM social media email marketing display advertising and affiliate marketing.
- Analyzing campaign performance: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts adjusting strategies to improve results and meet KPIs.
- Audience segmentation and targeting: Design and implement audience segmentation strategies for the Danish market to ensure highly relevant and effective marketing.
- Collaboration across teams: Work closely with internal teams including creative product and sales to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
- Staying updated on digital marketing trends: Keep up with the latest industry developments digital marketing tools and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken): Strong communication skills in Danish are required as you will be working with the Danishspeaking market.
- Experience in digital marketing: Proven experience managing digital campaigns across various channels such as SEM social media email marketing and display ads.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and make datadriven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Creative thinking: A strategic and creative approach to developing marketing campaigns that capture the target audiences attention.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and other digital marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp).
- Selfdriven and organized: Able to manage multiple projects independently meet deadlines and maintain highquality work.
- Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work: Flexibility to work remotely or onsite in our Barcelona office depending on your preference
