What Youll Be Doing:

• Developing digital marketing strategies: Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns tailored for the Germanspeaking market to drive engagement conversion and brand growth.
• Managing online campaigns: Handle a range of digital marketing channels including search engine marketing (SEM) social media email marketing display ads and affiliate marketing.
• Analyzing performance: Monitor track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Audience targeting: Develop and execute strategies for audience segmentation and targeting ensuring that campaigns effectively reach Germanspeaking audiences.
• Collaboration with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with creative sales and product teams to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Staying updated: Keep uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices to ensure our strategies are cuttingedge.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken): Fluency in German is essential as you will be working with the Germanspeaking market.
• Experience in digital marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing including SEM social media email marketing and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills: Comfortable working with data and able to analyze campaign performance and make datadriven decisions.
• Creative mindset: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table for digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp HubSpot etc.).
• Able to work independently: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining highquality work.
• Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work: Flexibility to work from our office in Barcelona or remotely.
