What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting Dutchspeaking clients: Respond to client inquiries via email phone and chat delivering timely professional and efficient assistance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues: Address client challenges with clear friendly and effective solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work alongside various departments to resolve complex issues and ensure clients receive exceptional service.
- Sharing valuable insights: Provide feedback from client interactions to help improve services processes and client satisfaction.
- Exceeding client expectations: Strive to deliver an outstanding client experience that ensures each interaction is positive and memorable.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken): As you will be interacting directly with Dutchspeaking clients fluency is essential.
- Clientoriented mindset: A passion for helping clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly professionally and with warmth both written and verbally.
- Problemsolving skills: Quick to identify challenges and offer effective creative solutions to clients.
- Previous client service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer or client service is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable with flexible work arrangements: Whether remote hybrid or onsite in Lisbon you thrive in a flexible independent work environment.
- Techsavvy: Comfortable using customer service tools and open to learning new software and platforms.
