What Youll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Dutchspeaking clients: Assist clients via email phone and chat ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
  • Resolving client issues: Troubleshoot and resolve client problems providing clear helpful and friendly solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Work with different departments to resolve complex issues and ensure clients receive the best possible service.
  • Providing insights for improvement: Gather and share feedback from client interactions to help improve services and client satisfaction.
  • Exceeding client expectations: Go above and beyond to provide a superior client experience ensuring each interaction is a positive one.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken): As you will be communicating directly with Dutchspeaking clients fluency is key.
  • Clientfocused approach: A genuine passion for providing excellent service and helping clients with their needs.
  • Strong communication skills: Clear professional and friendly communication both written and verbal.
  • Problemsolving mindset: Ability to resolve client issues efficiently and creatively ensuring a positive experience.
  • Previous client service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer service is a bonus but were happy to train the right person.
  • Comfortable with flexible working: Whether you work remotely hybrid or onsite in Porto you thrive in a flexible independent environment.
  • Techsavvy: Comfortable with customer service tools and eager to learn new platforms.
