What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing support to our Germanspeaking customers: Respond to inquiries via email phone and chat delivering professional timely and efficient customer service.
- Resolving customer issues: Help customers solve their challenges offering clear solutions and guidance with a friendly attitude.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work with various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contributing insights: Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes products and services.
- Exceeding customer expectations: Go above and beyond to provide exceptional service that leaves customers satisfied and impressed.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken): Youll be communicating directly with Germanspeaking customers so fluency is essential.
- Customeroriented mindset: A passion for helping customers resolving issues and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a clear professional and friendly manner.
- Problemsolving abilities: Able to think quickly tackle challenges and offer effective solutions to customers.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer support is a bonus but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable with flexible working: Youre adaptable to working remotely hybrid or onsite in Porto and thrive in a flexible environment.
- Techsavvy: Comfortable with customer service platforms and eager to learn new tools.
