Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll be responsible for reviewing and moderating social media content to ensure it meets platform guidelines. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and engaging user experience for the Frenchspeaking audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Evaluate videos audio comments and usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community standards. Flag and address noncompliant material to maintain a secure user environment
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all uploaded content including titles and covers follows platform guidelines
- User Support: Assist users with appeals and queries regarding content moderation providing clear and constructive feedback
- Compliance Monitoring: Work alongside your team to enforce platform regulations consistently
- Trend Analysis: Stay uptodate with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and refine moderation practices
- Process Improvement: Offer insights to enhance moderation processes and tools collaborating with internal teams to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support or/and content moderation
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
