- CNC grinding experience troubleshooting CNC machines and providing remote support
- Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery including mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
- Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both onsite and remotely
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical mechanical and other technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and handson capability
Responsibilities
- Conduct field service at customer facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool and cutter grinding machines
- Provide comprehensive support to customers through onsite visits phone calls and emails to address inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Expect up to 80% travel within the USA Canada and Mexico to support customer needs
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC grinding machinery and remote support
- Ability to handle technical queries related to maintenance mechanical/electrical drawings and part identification
- Experience in the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
