Location: Phoenix AZ (with additional openings in Nashville TN; Kings Mountain NC; Atlanta GA; and Jackson MS)

Position Overview
The Senior Project Scheduler will play a critical role in the successful planning and execution of complex commercial construction projects. This position requires experience in managing scheduling for $20M projects and a strong working knowledge of Primavera P6. As a seniorlevel scheduler youll oversee scheduling activities for both largescale and smaller projects ensuring seamless communication problem resolution and adherence to project timelines.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with the project team and trade partners to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Produce conceptual schedules independently for team review and refinement.
- Monitor analyze and update design deliverables procurement and construction schedules.
- Review and critique vendor and subcontractor schedules verifying updates and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain a database of probable activity durations for improved scheduling efficiency.
- Create and manage baseline schedules using welldefined and properly sequenced activities.
- Provide regular status updates forecasts and reports on project progress.
- Understand the logistics and flow required for successful project execution.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve delays identify process improvements and recommend workaround plans to keep projects on track.
- Perform additional duties as requested by project management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Required Experience:
- 710 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction specifically on projects exceeding $20M.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project management.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP cost management tools and programs like Excel and Word.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction disciplines and scheduling best practices.
- Preferred Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or Business Administration.
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling in scheduling (preferred).
