As we embark on our rapid expansion we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialist to provide unrivalled support to our clients in Sungai Petani Kedah.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our companys systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently enter data into our companys systems and databases
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Sort and organize paperwork and documents for data entry
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in data
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and data management
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
SPM and above
12 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong Excel skills
