Job Description
Job Title: Lead .NET Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of software applications using .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET .NET Core etc.).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product managers designers QA etc.) to define and deliver highquality solutions.
- Architect scalable secure and maintainable solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and midlevel developers promoting best practices and technical excellence.
- Review code to ensure best practices performance optimization and adherence to security standards.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to improve system performance and scalability.
- Manage and prioritize development tasks within an Agile framework ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the .NET ecosystem and software development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of development processes including testing deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in .NET development (C# ASP.NET .NET Core etc.).
- Strong experience in designing and building scalable web applications and APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (SQL Server MySQL etc.).
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.).
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript React Angular etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
