Job Description
We are looking for Data Analytics Consultants to make an impact in our team and at the clients. This role will support the Engagement team in delivery of services to clients on engagements and projects.

Specialized Technical capabilities of the successful candidate:
- Ability to form a core technology and data risk skillset through proactively conducting research and participating in internal and external initiatives.
- Understands and applies the major program management approaches and practices (e.g. Agile Analytics Delivery SDLC).
- Becomes familiar with technology and data risk and keeps up to date with emerging trends.
- Supports Implementation of Technology and Data Risk Solutions
- Ability to leverage industryleading frameworks methods and tools to increase effectiveness of technology and data risk solutions.
- Understands architecture design principles and development activities and is able to execute against recommended solutions.
- Develops a basic fluency of technology solutions within a specific domain including SQL SAS Python R PowerBI QlikSense and other relevant technologies.
Technical Competencies:
- Foundational technical knowledge in specific area and/or industry
- Basic consulting skills
- Experience in drafting of professional presentations and reports
- Basic financial knowledge and understanding
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Business acumen
Knowledge and experience across one ore multiple areas:
- Programming Coding in variety of languages (SAS SQL R Python etc.)
- Business Analysis (including business process mapping)
- Data Modelling
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Data Management
- Data engineering (extractions transformations loading patterns)
- Descriptive analytics (ability to extract insights and trends from data based on requirements)
- Cloud Analytics
- SAP Analytics
- Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
- Relevant Technical fundamentals at that point in time to what the market is procuring

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
BSC Computer Science BSC Maths Statistics BEng (all disciplines) BCom (Informatics preferred).

Postgraduate qualification
Minimum Experience Criteria
Junior Consultant Level: 1 year of working experience and postgrad qualification
Consultant Level: 2 years of working experience
