Job Description
Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integration solutions to connect disparate systems applications and services.
- Lead integration efforts using middleware platforms APIs and custom tools.
- Collaborate with software development network engineering and IT teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Develop and manage system integration testing plans to ensure quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Optimize system workflows to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Document integration processes configurations and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in system integration engineering or a similar role.
- Expertise in integration tools such as MuleSoft Dell Boomi Apache Camel or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python C# or JavaScript.
- Experience with enterprise service buses (ESBs) messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ) and data transformation.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL NoSQL) and ETL processes.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
